Join us for a day of conservation in the Lim catchment as we continue to work together to remove this invasive plant species from our local area. No experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to pull out plants. The session runs from 10am until 2pm but please feel free to come for as long or as short a time to suit. Gloves are provided and collection bags etc. Please bring your own refreshments, there will be a picnic break, and we recommend sunscreen and insect repellant if it is hot. Wellingtons would be useful as some areas of the riverbanks are soft and muddy. Families welcome but 12 and over children only (must be accompanied).
Please do support us if you have time and get to know new friends interested in protecting and enhancing our lovely river valley.
Look forward to seeing you
