The meeting place will be in the back car park at Uplyme Village Hall . The session runs from 10am until 2pm but please feel free to come for as long or as short a time to suit. Gloves are provided and collection bags etc. Please bring your own refreshments and we recommend sunscreen and insect repellant if it is hot. Wellingtons would be useful as some areas of the riverbanks are soft and muddy.

We have successfully already removed thousands of plants in the upper valley and will be revisiting those sites again early in August to ensure we haven't missed anything. The area around Uplyme is much flatter and we wish to eradicate all the Himalayan Balsam along the river there and head downstream towards "Bumpy Field".
