‘Another Look at Conifers’ a walk led by GRAHAM JONES.

A visit to Shute Woods to look at the six or more species of conifers that grow so well in this moist habitat. They are rated as some of the best specimens in the South West. Conifers are often overlooked by conservations but they provide a valuable carbon store and a much underrated source of renewable building materials.

Meet at 6pm, walk approx 1.5 hours. Foot wear to suit.
