A talk hosted by Turn Lyme Green ‘The Seaside Store, a social supermarket’
LISA CHARLETON, manager, will describe how the Seaside Store at the Hub has become a vital part of the lives of many local families. Every week food supplies of fresh produce and essentials of tinned and packaged items for the store cupboard are collected from the Fareshare warehouse.
Lisa will talk about the impact the scheme has on food waste and the support given to families in our community who need a helping hand. The Seaside Store is a project of the Lyme Regis Development Trust.
All welcome, free of charge. At the Driftwood Cafe in the Baptist Church, top of Broad Street, Lyme Regis.
